Domestic Orders (USA):
Exchange it. Get store credit. Ship it back for a refund: National Picnic places a pre-printed return label in every shipment. Look for the label with instructions in your package and follow the instructions.

National Picnic is not currently offering shipping to international addresses.

14-DAY FREE RETURN POLICY - DOMESTIC ORDERS
A timely effort to decide on your order is so very appreciated. Details:
Return unworn, tagged items within 14 days of receiving your order, using the label attached. Money is refunded through the method of payment used to purchase the item. One free return label per order.
After 14 days, our 30-day policy applies:
When tagged, unworn items are returned after the 14 day free returns period, but within 30 days, money will be promptly refunded through the method of payment used to purchase the item.
When you use shipping labels we provide for domestic orders, you’ll be refunded the price of returned items minus $10 per label used. International orders: Return shipping is paid for by the customer, and will not be reimbursed. Any additional costs or fees associated with returning an international order will not be reimbursed.
If you return the items using your own methods, that’s OK, but we won’t reimburse your shipping costs, and save that tracking number! No refunds without a tracked delivery number. Return to: National Picnic, Returns / 381 Park Ave. / Collingswood, NJ / 08108 (Note: Not a store address, mailings only), Any returns accepted after the 30-day window are at National Picnic’s discretion, and will only be refunded with store credit in the form of an emailed virtual “gift card”.
Gift cards are not returnable. Returns purchased with gift cards receive credit in the form of an emailed virtual “gift card”.
